Overview of Fire Prevention
The Fire Prevention Section is responsible for implementing programs and initiatives designed to prevent fires before they occur. 2. Fire Safety Inspections:
The Fire Prevention Section performs regular inspections of residential and commercial properties to ensure compliance with fire codes and regulations. These inspections help identify potential fire hazards and provide property owners with guidance on needed improvements to enhance safety.
3. Plan Review and Approval:

Smoke alarms are a critical component of home safety. Our Fire Prevention team runs programs to install smoke alarms in homes, especially in underserved areas.
