It is the goal of the STVR Program to provide up-to-date information in an efficient, timely manner.  To meet this goal, we have developed an email distribution system to keep our STVR Owners and Managers informed of any changes within the program.  This is our primary way to communicate with our STVR Owners/Managers. It is essential that your email address be kept current to receive these crucial updates.  If you have not received any of our email communication or need to update your email address, please contact the STVR Program at STVRPROGRAM@CATHEDRALCITY.GOV. and put in the subject line: "EMAIL DISTRIBUTION UPATE".  In the body of the email, include the following: Name of STVR Owner, Property address and email.
